» CANCELLATION + N0-SHOW POLICY:

Everyone's time is valuable, so please be considerate. If you need to reschedule your current appointment we ask that you reschedule 24 hours in advance at the start of your appointment time. Deja Glow Spa reserves the right to charge half the service cost if you cancel in under 24 hours, and charge the full service cost for no-shows.

» NEW CLIENTS: 

Prior to your first appointment, please make sure all your online consent forms are filled out ahead of time. These forms can be found in your confirmation email we send you after booking. We also send them out the morning of your appointment if you have not filled them out. Filling them out ahead of time ensures we can start your appointment on time!

» LATE ARRIVALS:

If you're running late to your appointment, it may result in a possible rescheduling plus a 50% service charge, or have a shortened duration which would still be charged at full price. We will do our best to accommodate, but make sure to arrive on time in order to enjoy the full treatment!

» WALK IN’S:

We do not accept walk in’s since we are “by appointment only”, however, if you would like a same-day appointment we ask that you call us to confirm availability. Make sure you have your credit or debit card on hand as we will need this information to reserve your appointment.

» RETURN & GIFT CARD POLICY:

All gift card sales are final and are non-refundable. They can be used towards services and products. Once a gift card is purchased, it has a year to be used before it expires. Don’t like a skin care product? Bring it back within 7 days for a full return or exchange for a different product.

» NO KIDS:

Don’t get us wrong, we love kids! But we prefer if you don’t bring them into your appointment as they can disrupt other clients who are receiving a relaxing service.

» LOCATION & PARKING:

Deja Glow Spa is located on Highway 60 in downtown Grafton. We are just West of Collectivo Coffee and our building faces North on Highway 60. There is a large black sign hanging above our front door. *Please park on the West side of our building, which can be found directly next to the railroad tracks.
